Facts About (Field Service Software) ezManagement Ltd, is an Irish SaaS (Software as a Service) technology company based in the North West of Ireland which develops and market business crm software & mobile Apps to manage service-based jobs carried out by field service workers and maintenance companies.


Our company was established in 1998, to provide crm software to the Irish Security Industry and certified installers who are audited annually. About Field Service Software: It helped small to medium-sized (SM) companies to manage their complex paperwork far quicker as it was built to automate complex quotations and Security related forms and documentation could be completed in minutes rather than hours. Our software is now established as the go-to software for Security installers in Ireland and has gained a growing share in the UK Security market.


Our idea was good but it could be better and in the late 2000s technology changed lots of things. With the launch of the iPhone in 2008 and the development of App technology over the next few years, the company grew and diversified into different industries. The ezServiceApp is used daily by thousands of field workers, engineers and technicians who install, service and maintain products and services onsite.


Today, ezManagement is constantly expanding and in 2020 we launched our ezServiceHUB and ezService App solution, which helps multiple industries transition from analogue manual paper-based processes to digital technology.

Our latest crm software has a simple to use Cloud interface – supported by powerful robust backend functionality ( in layman terms – we use premium technical wizardry) that makes complex field management tasks “easy”.

But it doesn’t end here, we continue to work with customers to constantly improve our products so they meet our customer changing needs and to continually up-service our support to them.

How to pronounce our name

How ezManagement is pronounced:

The original creator of the software coined the name ezManagement by adopting the American pronunciation of the “z” (zee) in “ez management” so it sounds like like “easy management”.
