The Process

    Once a job is sent to the ezServiceApp, the engineer will receive an audible notification on their mobile device. It automatically tracks the travel and labour hours as well as any parts added to a job. Also, your technicians and security engineers can capture customer signatures and images, and time and geolocation stamps. The ezServiceApp is GPS tracked, providing a real-time view of where each engineer and job are located.

    The worksheet can be programmed with bespoke checklists for individual jobs and relevant Fire Protection related industry forms and documentation can be completed quickly as unlike paper forms, customer details are already pre-populated for each document.

    Once the job is completed, the ezServiceApp syncs the information back to the in real-time back to the office allowing your admin team to prepare the job for automated invoicing where parts used, hours on each job are recorded with job margins.
