A customer-level setting has been added for contracts to define the job status for contract jobs. The default value will be ‘Not Dispatched’.

If ‘Pre Dispatch’ is selected and the contract is not assigned, jobs will be created with the status ‘Not Dispatched’.

Added the option to create a Credit Note, allocate it, and recreate the Invoice.

While recreating, contract and job references will not be present in the new invoice. Those lines will be marked as Miscellaneous.

The ARC Sentinel Event History screen was added to fetch logs through the API and display them in the application.

Added options to configure job priorities based on contract jobs and non-contract jobs.

Also added an option to override the above configuration and set job priorities based on call types. If a priority is not configured for a call type, the job will inherit the priority from the contract/non-contract configuration.

Contract Invoicing added the option view invoices in the Invoicelist screen

The Quote List screen now includes two new columns: Invoiced Amount and Remaining Amount. Clicking on the Invoiced Amount will redirect you to the Job Cost Analysis Report, filtered to display the specific job or project.
