What were the main challenges or pain points faced before implementing EZ Management?

Before using EZ Management Cloud system we found it hard to keep track of jobs, on-going projects and particularly maintenance contracts for routine maintenance calls. The dispatch and schedule system on ezServiceHUB makes scheduling and logging jobs and routine maintenance easy to view. Routine maintenance is a key component for Toptech Security, so this was a huge asset to us to have all our contracts in one place and scheduled accordingly. Previous systems we have tried did not have this and this was essential for us.

The main improvement would be the ability to upload, input, schedule and invoice all our contracts through EZ. Being notified when they're due for renewal, when next service is due has been so beneficial to us. Since we can also link the invoices to our Xero accounting platform, it streamlines the entire invoicing process.

What features of EZ Management have been particularly beneficial for you as a Fire and Security company?

As previously mentioned, it makes the management of maintenance contracts a lot more efficient. It is imperative to us that the upkeep of the fire and security systems we maintain are done so on a regular basis, this helps us stay on track with due maintenance calls, which contracts are due for renewal and the invoicing of those contracts can be completed through the ezService platform hub. The 'Quote' feature on the system has also been great for Fire and Security companies - plus we cango from approval, to adding and scheduling the job right to then the invoice stage, it is easy to use and has been very beneficial.
