ℹ️ The software will display the below message in the login screen  for  ezserviceHUB when 30+ days old

ℹ️Site ref column added in the Job list screen three tabs and their excel exports

ℹ️Assigned Engineer filter added for Contracts

 

ℹ️ Added the option to create Create Credit and Create Credit Allocation for the Invoice.

Option available for the unallocated or partially allocated invoices.

For partial allocation, it will create a credit note with the remaining amount.

 

ℹ️ PO number clickable in the PO track screen

ℹ️Email /SMS now have the option to exclude duplicates. That will group the customer email and site email and remove the duplicates.
In the example below, it removes one of the job.

 

ℹ️Site URN List added ( Fire & Security only ) – Site URN search from the Main search added. Will be visible only for the users who have access to Site URN

 

ℹ️For Job attachments added, the options for the document to Map to Account and Map to Site. The same document will be available for the account or site based on the selection.

The Contract grid can be edited for the below fields and saved using the Update button

New column Last Fee added.

Last Fee will be updated with the Net value from the invoice while invoicing

ℹ️ Export to excel option added in the Pricing screen for the Parts List

ℹ️ The login screen will now show the third line highlighted below to clear the cache whenever a new upgrade is done
Note : For Mac, hold Cmd-Shift-R or Shift-Reload 

ℹ️The Statement date can be run for the past 3 months.

Also  able to download Statements, Aged Debtors and Aged Debtors Details, report based on the date

ℹ️ Interface automation settings – field added to capture email address where the transferred information will be emailed to 

ServiceJobs Update:

  • When creating a work docket/sheet in the checklist section, you are now not able to press continue if the problem description field is empty – the Continue button is greyed out
  • Location changes
    1. If the latitude and longitude for the site is 0, a prompt will show on the page for the user to update it
    2. If the user is not within a radius of the site location, the pop-up will no longer show asking them to update it, instead, the user can update the location from the work-in-progress screen by tapping on ‘Change Site Location’


    3. When the above is done, a more zoomed-in map (0.5 mile) will appear for greater accuracy.
  • Additional option for logo size to accommodate branding on forms (210 pixels, shown as ‘Max’ in the drop-down)

  • If the company logo is missing, the user will receive an error message
  • When engineers complete forms, they were asked whether they wanted to save their location and date/time stamp onto the form. A new setting has been created to allow the company to decide whether they want this feature or not.(Settings->App settings)
  • Files added to the job on the web can now be viewed and accessed on the work-in-progress screen. If no files are available, a message will be shown
