ezManagement Ltd is a SaaS (Software as a Service) technology company that develops and markets field service software and Cloud-based software to manage service jobs carried out by field service workers and maintenance companies.

We have industry standard documentation available for field staff on our mobile apps and we are well established and known in many industry sectors for our high standard of customer service.

Our software helps companies to manage contracts and schedule associated jobs for these contracts and assets which need servicing, with pricing, billing and quotes also.

ABOUT US

1998

Founded in 1998 by Managing Director and Technical Director Eugene Bennett to provide software for Service & Maintenance companies with field staff requiring quotations and Documentation to comply with standards. It helped small to medium-sized companies manage their complex paperwork quicker. Eugene built the software to automate complex quotations and industry related forms so administrators could complete documentation in minutes rather than hours. Our field service software is now established as leading software in many industry sectors such as Fire and Security Installers.

2010

Launched new ezAccounts software so small to medium-sized companies could manage their bookkeeping

2013

Launched new ezServiceApp and the move from paperwork to electronic forms began

2015

Launched Management Reporting. Industry certification auditors began actively encouraging clients to move from paper to electronic & & to use oursoftware to make their job easier

2017

Started market research for new Cloud software project

2021

In 2019/20, we launched our Cloud-based ezServiceHUB and App solution (Available in both iOS & Android). This software has been a game-changer for the field service industry as it means that service jobs and fieldworkers can be managed from anywhere with browser access.

The Cloud-based ezServiceHUB solution was developed in conjunction with service operations managers, office administrators, dispatchers, accountants, managers, owners, and engineers and technicians who all stated their requirements to define “What key features are required to be considered the best field service software & App solution?”

2009

In the late 2000s, mobile technology changed the field service management world. With the launch of the iPhone in 2008 and App technology development over the next few years, the company grew and catered for many different service and maintenance industries.

This started the mobile paperless revolution with the change from traditional analogue manual paper-based processes to digital technology by using the App onsite. Our mobile App is now used daily by thousands offield workers, engineers and technicians who install, service and maintain products and services on site.

Won Agile Innovation Funding from Enterprise Ireland. With this assistance, agile product development & innovation now drive growth within the company
