  • The office staff can create a job list and daily work schedule for the engineers on their App by using the dynamic Scheduler on the field service software to dispatch calls in real-time to engineers
  • Audible notification of every job appears on the mobile App, and with the press of a button, an engineer can view the full-service history of the site and next service due for all site contracts.
  • The mobile App downloads parts lists, zones and locations etc., so the engineer sees what has been installed and installed-it ensure that the engineers become more organised than ever before.
  • Engineers can proactively drum up more sales by pointing out to Customer any new work required and automatically adding any new job on the App. It helps the engineer become far more efficient in front of the Customer.
  • Once a job is completed by the engineer, an electronically signed docket and any other relevant information concerning that call, e.g. images of damaged equipment or certificates which can be signed the Customer – will sync automatically back to the office.
  • Office staff receive the electronic reports and forms, which are stored per customer site. Automated job pricing mean invoices will be sent out quicker and more efficiently than ever before.
